Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Software Development Engineer I in Spain. You will own lifecycle of your code from design to deployment, joining a team that ships impactful, scalable services to millions of customers worldwide.

You will Collaborate across disciplines, design cloud-native solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation. Strong CS fundamentals and a drive to learn are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or above in CS/CE/Data Science/IS or related STEM field OR Completed degree in specified fields.
• Expected graduation between Oct 2025 and Sep 2026 or graduated within last 24 months.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience with data structures, basic algorithms, and object-oriented design.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate and communicate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to design, build, and operate innovative products and services.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Build and maintain distributed systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective.
• Leverage GenAI and AI-powered tools to enhance development productivity.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and patterns.
• Work in an agile environment with CI/CD and on-call responsibilities.
• Demonstrate operational excellence through monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.
