Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Imaging Education Specialist to support Imaging, Navigation and Robotics products in hospitals within the assigned territory. The role requires current radiology certifications and the ability to train surgeons, OR staff and administrators during INR installs and ongoing needs.

You will build relationships with capital and implant teams, educate on equipment operation and safety, and promote best practices across the field while traveling up to 85% to installations

Qualifications

Radiology background with current certifications.
4+ years clinical support or healthcare experience; spine experience a plus.
Knowledge of the operating room environment.
Ability to travel up to 85%.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products and related procedures.
Assist in creating educational text, workflows, and training modules.
Provide educational support for new surgeons, OR staff and administrators during INR installs and ongoing needs.
Provide hands-on training to customers through cadaver labs, bio-skill labs, and on-site trainings.
Attend cases and educate the field on patient preparation for radiologic procedures and safety observations.
Provide ongoing INR education to Globus peers in-house and externally.
