Job summary

Sopra Steria in Barcelona is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to autonomously manage ICT initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure contracts are followed. You will act as the primary contact for clients, users, and suppliers while delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires strong risk, planning, and KPI reporting capabilities, plus fluency in Catalan. A hybrid work arrangement and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Experience in managing ICT projects and coordinating technology services.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders: clients, users, technical teams and suppliers.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and organize multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in risk management, planning, reporting and monitoring KPIs.
• Analytical ability to interpret information and communicate results clearly.
• Customer- and results-oriented; autonomous, proactive and prioritization skills.
• Catalan language skills (spoken and written) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern the complete project life cycle, defining scope, schedule, costs, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, users, internal teams and suppliers.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs, preparing reports and presentations for review committees.
• Manage risks, incidents and escalation plans when necessary.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and facilitate change management processes.
• Oversee service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on supplier contracts and service agreements.
