Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Identity & Access Governance Engineer in Sant Just Desvern to lead configuring, operating, and optimizing Bunge's IAM solutions. You will drive role modeling, access controls, and audit readiness across the enterprise.

The role requires deep IAM expertise, collaboration with cybersecurity, HR and BT teams, and a passion for scalable, secure access management in a global organization.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 6 years in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Programming.
• IGA platforms such as SailPoint ISC/IQ, Saviynt, or One Identity Manager; security certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts like lifecycle management, access certifications, RBAC, and SoD.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and enhance the IGA platform and related processes.
• Configure JML lifecycle, access requests, approvals, and SoD policies.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and exceptions.
• Onboard applications via APIs/connectors and automate provisioning workflows.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot IGA issues.
• Collaborate with BT and HR to enable IAM governance.
• Lead continuous improvement and pilot AI opportunities in IAM.
