Novartis in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Dir. DDIT ISC Functional Security Architect to provide enterprise-level architectural leadership and specialist IAM security expertise.

You will partner with Enterprise and Platform Architects and IAM teams to implement secure, scalable identity patterns aligned with enterprise standards. You will help mature enterprise IAM capabilities, including IGA, authentication, authorization, federation, PAM and machine identities, shaping roadmaps and reference

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IAM architecture and enterprise security.
• Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, federation, PAM.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM and identity federation.
• Experience designing enterprise SSO, MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, policy-based access control and least privilege.
• Knowledge of cloud-native identity, workload identity and non-human identities.
• Ability to translate security requirements into reusable architecture patterns.

Responsabilités

• Govern IAM technology variants and architecture patterns.
• Drive IAM standards with EA, Security Architecture and IAM teams.
• Act as IAM subject-matter expert for architects.
• Support development of enterprise IAM capabilities and roadmaps.
• Advance IAM governance processes and architectural decisions.
• Drive architecture KPIs to measure adoption and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate IAM technologies.
• Participate in evaluating new IAM and security tech.
• Engage early in solution and demand governance for IAM requirements.
• Promote reuse of enterprise IAM capabilities and build an architecture CoP.
