InnoIT ofrece una oportunidad como Ingeniero de IA para transformar documentos complejos en datos estructurados. Diseñarás pipelines de extracción, clasificación y validación, usando LLMs, OCR y NLP, con Python y APIs REST.

Colaborarás con Product, Data Scientists y Data Engineers para evaluar casos, construir capacidades reutilizables y llevar soluciones a producción. Modelo de trabajo híbrido con salario competitivo y desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en Ingeniería de IA, Ingeniería de ML o Data Science.
• Experiencia práctica con LLMs, IA Generativa, prompting y evaluación de modelos.
• Experiencia con información no estructurada y soluciones de procesamiento de documentos.
• Sólidos conocimientos de Python y buenas prácticas de software.
• Experiencia con REST API, monitoreo y observabilidad.
• Conocimientos de control de versiones, CI/CD y pruebas automatizadas.
• Capacidad para decidir cuándo usar un LLM o parsers/reglas.
• Inglés fluido y capacidad para comunicar trade-offs técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y evaluar pipelines de procesamiento de documentos complejos.
• Crear prompts, salidas estructuradas y lógica de validación.
• Definir datasets de evaluación y pruebas de regresión automatizadas.
• Mejorar precisión y robustez mediante análisis iterativo.
• Desarrollar servicios Python modulares y REST APIs.
• Implementar logging y observabilidad para rendimiento y fallos.
• Optimizar soluciones por fiabilidad, escalabilidad y coste.
• Documentar decisiones técnicas y resultados de evaluación.

At InnoIT, we are looking for an AI Engineer.

You will work on turning complex, unstructured business documents into reliable structured data. This means designing and improving pipelines for extraction, classification, validation and transformation, while choosing the right approach for each challenge: LLMs, vision-language models, OCR, NLP, deterministic logic, parsers or classifiers.

Your project

You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Platform teams and business stakeholders to assess new use cases, build reusable AI capabilities and bring robust solutions into production.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate document-processing pipelines for complex, variable document formats.
• Build prompts, structured outputs, validation logic and post-processing components.
• Create representative evaluation datasets, ground-truth labels and automated regression tests.
• Improve accuracy and robustness through systematic analysis and iteration.
• Develop clean, modular and maintainable Python services and REST APIs.
• Implement logging, monitoring and observability to understand production performance and failures.
• Optimise solutions for reliability, scalability, latency and cost.
• Document technical decisions, limitations and evaluation results.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Experience with unstructured or semi-structured information and document-processing solutions.
• Strong Python skills and sound software-engineering practices.
• Experience with REST API integration, monitoring and observability.
• Familiarity with version control, code review, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to identify when an LLM is the right solution and when rules, regex, parsers or classifiers are more appropriate.
• Fluent English and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
