Job summary

Welo Data is seeking a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish. You will facilitate recordings, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality to ensure natural, authentic outputs that meet project specs.

Ideal candidates will have native Spanish (Spain) fluency, experience guiding sessions, and comfort with live QC.

About the Project

What You'll Do

• Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
• Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production,observingsessions to align on facilitation style, recordingobjectives, and workflow
• Support recording sessions independently following calibration
• Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records

What We're Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain)
• Experiencefacilitatingrecording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

Commitment & Compensation

• Estimated time:Approximately 8hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
• Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
• Work Type - Freelance Remote
