Job summary

Coty SA in Granollers is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations across Granollers and the German site, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth execution. You will coordinate inbound/outbound, manage 3PL relationships and drive data-driven improvements across the distribution network.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge, Power BI proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish. German is a plus; you will work with cross-country teams to optimize performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics) or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, loading and dispatch to meet priorities and customer requirements.
• Manage daily inventory control,Stock adjustments, SAP interfaces and SAP-WMS reconciliation.
• Supervise 3PL execution, ensure compliance with procedures and contractual requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-country teams and external partners to optimize performance and escalation processes.
