Restb.ai is seeking a visionary Vice President of Artificial Intelligence to lead the strategic direction and hands-on execution of our AI initiatives in Barcelona and beyond. You will architect scalable computer vision and generative AI capabilities, mentor researchers, and partner with product and engineering to accelerate growth.

The role is hybrid, with English-only communication across the team and global collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning with executive leadership and hands-on execution.
• Deep expertise in computer vision, Python, and PyTorch.
• Strong expertise in TensorRT for optimization and acceleration of ML models.
• Proven experience with LLMs, LVMs, and AI Agents in production-ready software.
• Experience integrating AI/ML workflows with cloud environments and building MLOps.
• Knowledge of research topics such as distillation, MoE, or self-supervised learning.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Direct hands-on implementation bridging high-level strategy with engineering execution.
• Scale AI capabilities across the product through cross-functional collaboration.
• Architect and optimize computer vision models for production performance.
• Drive research, development, and deployment of LLMs, LVMs, and AI Agents.
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines across cloud environments.
• Mentor AI researchers and shape the engineering workflow.
