Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering or Product Quality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel (typically 4–5 trips per year).

Responsibilities

• Represent Airbus Defence and Space in front of national and international suppliers as operations, industrialization, and quality leader.
• Participate in supplier selection and lead industrialization of work packages to ensure on-time, high-quality production.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct quality audits, deploy APQP, and execute FAI.
• Lead root cause analyses for quality escapes and implement corrective actions.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional teams and audits with authorities.
• Lead recovery plans when suppliers face operational crises to minimize impact.
