This role involves delivering features from concept to production, integrating advanced AI components, and contributing to architectural discussions. The Role

We’re looking for aSenior Fullstack Engineerwho’s passionate aboutproduct, user experience, and applied AI.

You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment withLLMs, embeddings, and semantic search, and help us bring real AI value into recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product and design during discovery and planning
• Integrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add value
• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalability
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testing

• Frontend:React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Infrastructure:AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0
• Testing & CI/CD:Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions
