Banco Santander S.A. in Madrid seeks an Associate in Rates Structuring & Client Solutions within Global Markets to deliver bespoke rates and cross-asset solutions for institutional clients. You will price rates derivatives and structured notes, prepare client pitches, develop automation tools, and work closely with Sales to understand challenges and create tailored solutions.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred. Hybrid onsite and remote work is available.

Formación

• Finance or quantitative degree required.
• Experience pricing derivatives and bonds preferred.
• English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Price rates derivatives, structured notes, repacks and bespoke funding solutions.
• Prepare high-quality client pitches and presentations.
• Show understanding of markets, generate trade ideas and analyze moves.
• Create tools to automate pricing and monitor markets.
• Engage with clients with Sales to develop bespoke solutions.
