Humankind Global Recruitment is recruiting a Network Solutions Manager to lead architecture, governance and delivery of enterprise network programs in Madrid. You will balance strategic design with hands‑on delivery, guiding a team of network professionals and coordinating with global stakeholders.

The role emphasizes secure, resilient, scalable architectures across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, with travel as required for project delivery.

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise network architectures across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ability to lead architecture governance, define standards and roadmaps for secure, resilient networks.
• Proven track record in leading multi‑discipline teams through complex network projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design end‑to‑end network solutions for business initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance activities.
• Deliver hands‑on technical leadership during deployments and migrations.
• Manage a team of network engineers, including development plans and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Oversee incident, change and risk management for network services.
