The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least four years of design experience, and a solid grasp of mechatronics and control concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor and CAE tools.
• Solid understanding of mechatronics, kinematics and control systems.
• Experience with agricultural machinery design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, sub-systems, and components for agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Use 3D CAD software to create detailed models, drawings, and assemblies.
• Perform stress, thermal, and kinematic simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical systems with control components.
• Oversee prototyping and testing of designs, documenting results and improvements.
