Nuvolar Works seeks an IT Project Manager to lead regulated IT initiatives in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, coordinating with technical teams, stakeholders, architects, QA, and external partners to ensure compliance and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pharma/healthcare project experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable plans.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong budget control, resource management, timeline tracking and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions and software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on Agile (Scrum, Kanban) experience plus traditional PM approaches.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and resource allocation effectively.
• Identify risks and issues; propose mitigations and escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements and governance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and partners.
• Report project status, progress and metrics to senior management.
• Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog prioritization.
