Fusion Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global cloud platform implementations and Supply Chain functions in a regulated pharma environment. Formación

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and delivery of GxP-regulated systems.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.
• Proven experience managing vendors implementing cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple sites and regions.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, governance, and project delivery capabilities.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving project outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global enterprise platform implementations, including Supply Chain operations.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Drive global rollout activities including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption.
