Bystronic Software is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop and maintain HMI applications for laser cutting systems and automation solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build robust software that digitizes manufacturing processes.

You will work in agile teams, contribute to shared engineering standards, and help evolve software architectures that connect machine control with software interfaces. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, WPF and React.
• Experience designing and developing HMI or industrial software applications.
• Experience in agile teams and contributing to shared engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain HMI applications for laser cutting systems and industrial automation solutions.
• Implement intuitive and reliable user interfaces for operators to control and monitor machines.
• Collaborate with PLC, motion control, automation and mechanical teams for seamless integration.
• Contribute to software architecture supporting operation, diagnostics and production workflows.
• Participate in architecture, implementation, performance and continuous improvement discussions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver real impact for customers.
