UST in Madrid is seeking top talent for a hybrid role combining frontend and backend responsibilities. You will work in a cross-functional team within an agile DevOps-centric environment, delivering scalable applications and participating in design reviews, planning sessions, and architectural alignment with client needs.

Ideal candidates bring delivery experience with TDD/BDD, strong English, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good English.
• Proven delivery experience in Software Engineering using TDD/BDD.
• Familiar with DevOps concepts, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Willing to learn new ways of working and support client in its transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies as part of a DevOps-centric model.
• Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications; participate in pull request reviews.
• Understand business needs by collaborating with colleagues from across client divisions.
• Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions with your team.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design software solutions aligned with client architecture vision.
• Actively participate in Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge.
• Deliver high-quality code aligned with client guidelines and standards.
