DWS in Madrid is seeking a BI specialist to deliver reporting for the SIMS data warehouse, build data pipelines, and migrate reports to Tableau and other modern tools.

You will work with Finance, Risk and IT to design scalable dashboards, ensure data quality and governance, and help evolve the reporting architecture in a hybrid working environment. Fluent English and strong collaboration across teams are expected.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering, Finance Technology or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle or similar relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Proven Tableau development experience with dashboards and datasets.
• Knowledge of Cognos or other BI tools is desirable.
• Experience migrating reports and enabling self-service reporting.
• Understanding data quality, lineage, governance and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver new reporting requirements for SIMS including Pension Reform related reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain and optimise the SIMS reporting landscape and data models.
• Support migration from legacy tooling to Tableau and modern BI platforms.
• Build data pipelines and reporting datasets for KPIs and analytics.
• Contribute to reporting governance and data quality controls.
• Align reporting solutions with overall architecture and standards.
• Evolve the reporting architecture as the platform modernises.
