Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Customer Care Representative in the Transaction Review Group to act as the first compliance contact for customers and agents, delivering professional service and resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

You will engage with customers via calls and written channels, perform fraud interviews, and guide stakeholders on compliance rules while maintaining high satisfaction and adherence to internal policies.

Formación

• College level education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Internet Explorer.
• At least 1 year in call center or compliance roles.
• Advanced English and German; excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve inquiries related to compliance via phone, system email, and internal system.
• Perform interviews and create fraud questionnaire and fraud ID.
• Release or cancel transactions; unblock customers.
• Guide agents and customers on compliance rules.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure quality of call standards.
