Empresa tratamiento de agua in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Water Treatment and HVAC Technician (Oficial 1ª) for a permanent, full-time role. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of HVAC installation/maintenance experience, fluency in Spanish, and a relevant vocational qualification (FP Grado Medio or related certificate).

Formación

• 12+ months of HVAC installation or maintenance experience.
• Fluency in Spanish for on-site communication and documentation.
• Vocational training (FP Grado Medio) or certificate in electricity/electronics/maintenance/energy and water is valued.
• Methodical, problem-solving mindset with safety focus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, mount, and set up refrigeration, climate control, and air conditioning systems and components.
• Connect piping, ventilation, drainage, and structural fixtures.
• Install electrical/electronic devices, thermostats, sensors, and controllers.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and valves.
• Perform leak testing and ensure proper sealing of refrigerant circuits.
• Carry out preventive inspections, clean filters/exchangers, replace parts, and prepare service reports.
