Empresa tratamiento de agua in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Water Treatment and HVAC Technician (Oficial 1ª) for a permanent, full-time role. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of HVAC installation/maintenance experience, fluency in Spanish, and a relevant vocational qualification (FP Grado Medio or related certificate).

• Perform leak testing and ensure proper sealing of refrigerant circuits.

Are you an experienced technician looking for a reliable, permanent position in Mallorca? A specialized water treatment and climate installation company in Palma is looking for you to join their team as a skilled Water Treatment and HVAC Technician (Oficial 1ª). In this full-time role, you will take charge of preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, mounting, and setting up refrigeration, climate control, and air conditioning systems along with all auxiliary components.
• Fitting and connecting refrigeration piping, ventilation ducts, drainage systems, and structural fixtures.
• Installing electrical and electronic devices, including thermostats, sensors, probes, and automated regulation controls.
• Diagnosing system faults across compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and valves.
• Performing leak detection, pressure testing, and ensuring optimal hermetic sealing of refrigerant circuits.
• Carrying out scheduled preventive inspections, cleaning filters and heat exchangers, replacing defective parts, and preparing technical service reports.

What you need to bring to the role

• At least 12 months of proven professional experience in HVAC and cooling equipment installation or maintenance.
• Fluency in Spanish to ensure smooth communication on site and with technical documentation.
• While formal degrees are not strictly required, vocational training (FP Grado Medio) or a Certificate of Professionalism in electricity, electronics, maintenance, or energy and water will be highly valued.
• A methodical, problem-solving mindset and dedication to operational safety.

What is offered

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with immediate start.
• A gross annual salary of €24,000 distributed over 12 monthly payments.
• Regular full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, working from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, leaving your weekends free.
