AECOM is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Transmission & Distribution to provide technical leadership for HV substation projects. You will oversee primary/secondary engineering, protection and control, and system integration while guiding cross-disciplinary teams.

Formación

• Degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in HV primary substation engineering, protection, and control.
• Demonstrated leadership in large transmission or distribution substation projects across all phases.
• Governance experience across engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical authority for primary and secondary substation engineering across projects.
• Provide leadership for protection and control systems across HV substation projects.
• Guide the design of HV/EHV primary systems, including AIS/GIS substations and busbar schemes.
• Oversee deliverables: general arrangements, equipment layouts, specifications, busbar configurations, calculations, conductor sizing.
• Lead technical design reviews and assurance processes, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Coordinate between disciplines (primary, secondary, civil, structural, system studies, commissioning).
• Act as senior technical interface with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
