Morgan Philips Outsourcing is seeking a Human Factor Analyst for a leading European low-cost airline based in Barcelona. The role centers on analyzing crew fatigue with biomathematical models, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to high safety standards.

Work with Crew Planning to optimize rosters, generate monthly reports, and support audits. You will deliver fatigue-management training and handle data-driven projects related to fatigue, with strong analytical and communication skills

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical/Industrial preferred)
• Training in Safety Management Systems or Human Factors valued
• Experience in aviation, safety, or data-driven roles (4+ years) able to analyze data and manage risk

At Morgan Philips Outsourcing we are looking for a Human Factor Analyst for one of our clients, one of Europe’s leading low-cost airlines based in Barcelona, to analyze and mitigate crew fatigue within airline operations using data analysis and biomathematical models, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the highest safety standards.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Analyze crew schedules using biomathematical models to assess fatigue risk.
• Review and interpret fatigue reports, identifying root causes and trends.
• Collaborate with Crew Planning to optimize schedules and improve rest periods.
• Generate monthly reports and present insights to senior management.
• Monitor fatigue trends and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and support audits.
• Deliver training sessions on fatigue management and support biometric data projects related to fatigue.

Requirements

• Academic backgroundDegree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related fields.
• Additional training in Safety Management Systems or Human Factors is highly valued.
• ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in aviation, safety, or data-driven operational roles, with exposure to data analysis, risk management, and operational environments
• Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau and Python is highly valued.
• SkillsFluent English and Spanish required
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Knowledge of fatigue risk management principles and aviation operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and handling large datasets.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
