The role requires advanced HubSpot knowledge (Marketing Pro and Sales), 3+ years CRM experience, and proven ability to design automations, manage lead scoring and nurturing, plus AI-enabled tooling and integrations (N8N, Zapier, Make).

• Experience designing HubSpot automations: workflows, lead scoring, nurturing, sequences.
• AI-powered marketing using tools like ChatGPT, Claude and HubSpot Breeze/AI agents.
• Automate manual tasks with AI-assisted processes and tool integrations (N8N, Zapier, Make).
• Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Min 3 years working with CRMs.
