Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) with SAS and R to support AMNOG dossiers in Germany from Spain. The role focuses on statistical programming, analysis of clinical trial data, and development of automated analysis workflows.

Ideal candidates have a biostatistics/data science background and experience in HTA/Market Access. The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid arrangement, offering collaboration with EU markets and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles
• Familiarity with clinical study data and SDTM/ADaM
• Knowledge of the German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G‑BA is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming for Module 4 analyses
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety and endpoints
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU HTA teams
• Ensure scientific quality and interpret outputs clearly
• Monitor IQWiG, GBA procedures and related methodological developments
