Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research, is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. You will support AMNOG dossiers and market access efforts with statistical programming of analyses, geared toward high-quality outcomes and regulatory alignment.

The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with HTA exposure and a focus on automation, data standards (CDISC), and cross-functional collaboration with EU-HTA teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor IQWiG, G‑BA procedures and related HTA developments.
