Job summary

Elpuertodesantamaria is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support HTA dossiers and market access in Germany, based in Spain with remote/hybrid options. The role focuses on statistical programming, analysis of clinical trial data, meta-analyses, automation of workflows, and collaboration with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry/consultancy/research) and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on SAS analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data: efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure quality and clarity of outputs; monitor HTA methodological developments.
