Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and data analysis.

You will collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams, ensuring quality outputs and methodological rigour. Fluent German and English are essential, with 2+ years in HTA or related fields.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
2+ years of HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical trial data standards and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG or G-BA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups in trial data.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons.
Automate analysis workflows for consistency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure the clarity and scientific quality of outcomes.
Monitor developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and other HTA bodies.
