Saipem is seeking an HSE Supervisor for offshore vessels, responsible for supporting the HSE Management System on Saipem sites and vessels. The role includes ensuring compliance with HSE standards, local laws, and international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will provide specialist advice to vessel management and workforce, coordinate HSE data reporting, participate in risk assessments, and contribute to incident investigations.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas offshore as HSE.
• BOSIET certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to ensure activities on-board Saipem vessels comply with HSE standards and local/international regulations.
• Advise Vessel Management Team on interpretation and implementation of HSE procedures.
• Support Life Saving Rules implementation and HSE risk assessments.

MISSION

• Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the site/field/Vessel HSEManagement System throughout all the phases

TASKS

• Provide professional support to ensure that all activities carried out on-board Saipem site/field/vessels (including OffshoreRigs) are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards(ISO14001 and ISO 45001), Client HSE Requirements
• Provide specialist advise to Vessel Management Team and workforce in general for interpretation and implementation ofthe applicable HSE Procedures
• Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules
• Liaise with HSE or QHSE Divisions functions, operating companies and project team in order to ensure compliance withstandards and procedures on site/field/vessels
• Support the Vessel Management Team and the workforce in the HSE Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis
• Assist the Vessel Management Teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. implementation of Risk Control Measures)
• Deliver HSE training
• Take part in Accident / Incident investigation
• Coordinate the activities of the HSE Officers
• Ensure the correct reporting of HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions

35/35 (35 paid working days followed by 35 unpaid leave days)

Working hours:

12 hours per day and 7 days per week
