Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. seeks a Senior HSE leader to oversee HSE across a site or country and to foster open relationships with authorities and the public.

You will develop and maintain HSE management systems that support line managers in complying with local health, safety and environmental legislation and Novartis policies. You will coordinateJoint Prevention Service in Spain, drive risk governance, coach managers in HSE matters, and contribute to HSE services strategy while ensuring

Formación

• Must have degree in safety/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HSE experience.
• Country-relevant HSE qualification in Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosocial.
• Strong Spanish with advance English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HSE function at country/site, ensuring compliance with Novartis documents and local law.
• Establish governance, senior leadership alignment and effective collaboration across functions.
• Coordinate the Joint Prevention Service in Spain and oversee preventive activities.
• Perform risk assessments and planning; ensure proper documentation and CAPA where needed.
