Nadara invites applications for an HSE Intern position based in Madrid. Reporting to the HSQE Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in environmental management, safety compliance, and sustainability while contributing to Nadara’s operational excellence.

The role focuses on supporting HSQE systems across sites, assisting in policy drafting, training, audits, and data analysis. Duration is 6 months with a monthly internship allowance of €800 net.

Formación

• University degree and knowledge of ISO 14001 are required.
• HSQE trainings completed as part of Nadara’s HSQE training matrix.
• English language is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 management systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in drafting and implementing HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve environmental procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to align HSE requirements.
• Support the design and delivery of HSE training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure legal and company-specific HSE compliance.
• Help manage digital tools for audits, inspections, incident reporting, and HSE data analysis.
• Participate in internal and external audits of HSEQ systems.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and support emergency planning and drills.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective action plans, especially for assets environmental impact.
