Job summary

Verisure is seeking an HR Technology/AI Intern to support the deployment of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries. You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the talent acquisition ecosystem.

The role offers exposure to HR technology, international stakeholder management, and large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with vlookups and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of a recruitment AI platform across countries.
• Coordinate between HR, IT, and vendors for implementation.
• Assist in configurations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Help drive change management and training sessions.
• Ensure smooth transition from legacy processes.
