Job summary

ALBA Synchrotron in Catalonia, Spain, seeks a Human Resources professional to lead transversal training and talent development. You will develop competency-based management, link it to job descriptions, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years’ experience, and fluency in Catalan and English (C1). The position offers a permanent contract, with a base salary range and a 4% productivity bonus, plus flexible working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Labour Relations, Labour Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• C1 level proficiency in Catalan and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement and monitor the Consortium’s transversal Training Plan.
• Develop and maintain the talent development model and mentoring programmes.
• Develop, implement and maintain competency management schemes at ALBA, linking to job descriptions, recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
• Support the performance appraisal process and connect outcomes with training actions.
• Participate in recruitment processes by preparing tests, conducting competency-based interviews and producing assessment reports.
• Develop onboarding, equality, diversity, inclusion and HRS4R processes.
• Implement technological tools and the preparation of recruitment, training and development indicators.
• Carry out any other duty consistent with the position as required by Management.
