NH Collection in Madrid is seeking a Cook to support high-quality dishes and guest experiences in our Food & Beverage team. You will handle mise-en-place, prepare and present meals, and collaborate with a professional kitchen to meet our standards.

The role requires 1-2 years kitchen experience, vocational hospitality training, fluent local language, and good teamwork under pressure; English is a plus. We offer a dynamic environment in a landmark hotel with opportunities across Europe, Latin

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant.
• Vocational training on hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
• Fluency in local language; English knowledge valued.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate and organize mise-en-place, minimize product losses.
• Ensure presentation, quantity and quality per dish according to standards.
• Check storage, rotate stock (FIFO) and maintain quality.
• Receive, store and organize incoming products.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized workspace.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazards.
• Meet departmental targets as part of the team.
• Follow HACCP and health regulations.
