Job summary

Amenitiz, a hotel management platform, is seeking an SEO & GEO Manager to own the end-to-end organic search strategy across EN, FR, IT, ES, and PT, with France as a core growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven by organic channels, beyond rankings.

You will optimise content with the Content team, handle technical SEO, AEO, and AI search visibility, and measure impact via GSC/GA4/Semrush to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with strong on-page optimization knowledge.
• Ability to write and validate JSON-LD from scratch and manage hreflang at scale.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Content team to optimize across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT).
• Own competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme.
• Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, crawl health.
• Drive AI search visibility by optimising content for AI Overviews and related tools.
• Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush and translate data into actions.
