Riela, a modern bathhouse in Madrid, is seeking a Hospitality Host to enhance guests' experiences with attentive service. You'll play an integral role in maintaining a calm, seamless atmosphere while guiding guests through their visits.

The ideal candidate has experience in 5-star environments, understands invisible hospitality, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Join Riela and contribute to a unique blend of architecture, wellness, and hospitality.

Formación

• Experience in 5-star hotel environments, luxury hospitality, or high-end F&B service.
• Understanding of invisible hospitality where guests feel taken care of.
• Ability to carry oneself with calm and composure, even under pressure.

About Riela

Riela is opening contemporary bathhouses across Europe. Our first studio opened in Justicia, Madrid, blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience.

We are looking for a Hospitality Host to support the host team and help maintain the calm rhythm and attention to detail that define the Riela experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs before guests express them
• Maintain the atmosphere: pace, tone, and presence throughout the session
• Guide guests through the experience with discretion and warmth
• Ensure every transition, arrival, laundry, lockers, circuit, departure, is seamless
• Act as a standard-bearer for the Riela experience in every interaction

You Are

• You have worked in 5-star hotel environments, luxury hospitality, or high-end F&B service
• You understand that true hospitality is invisible: guests feel taken care of without knowing why
• You carry yourself with calm and composure, even under pressure
• Detail-oriented & reliable
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Bonus

• Studies in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
• Prior experience at luxury hotels, premium spas, or fine dining
• Students from EHL, Les Roches, Glion, IE University, ESCP, ESADE, Universidad Europea, or similar international hospitality/business schools
• Passion for design, wellness, and contemporary hospitality.
