• Carrying out general agricultural fieldwork and daily crop maintenance
• Assisting with soil preparation, weeding, and general field upkeep
• Supporting routine farm tasks and handling standard agricultural tools

To be considered for this position, you should bring practical knowledge of farming tasks. The key requirements are:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in agriculture, horticulture, or outdoor field labor
• No formal academic qualification required; your practical skills, reliability, and motivation are what truly matter
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform outdoor field tasks comfortably

What the employer offers:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) providing long-term job stability
• Full-time schedule with a split shift from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30
• A gross annual salary of 17,400 €
• Work located directly in the municipality of Felanitx on the beautiful island of Mallorca
