Horse Powertrain is launching the II Edition of its graduate program Horse Powering Talent at our Madrid headquarters. Recent graduates will embark on an 8-month journey across multiple domains such as Enterprise Risk Management, Global Information Security, Industrial Strategy, IS/IT, and Procurement to gain hands-on experience in a data-driven and sustainable mobility company. Location: Madrid HQ. Start: Mid-November 2026.

Compensation: €1,500/month. Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Formación

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization, Computer, Industrial, Cybersecurity, etc), Data Science, Business Strategy/Intelligence, IA, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• C1 or higher English proficiency.
• Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mobility.
