A leading international travel company is seeking a vibrant Swim Coach to deliver engaging swimming lessons at TUI BLUE hotels in Spain. This seasonal role offers an attractive salary starting at 24,500€ gross/year and includes meals and beverages during hotel hours. Ideal candidates will possess a current lifesaving certification, a desire for swimming teaching, and strong communication skills in English. ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for guests of all ages, from toddlers to adults, as well as other water-based activities.
• Tailor your lessons to support the technical progression of guests with varying abilities, while following the provided programme guidelines.
• Actively promote and sell your lessons to participation and engagement.
• Take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your programme, your team, and contribute to an outstanding holiday experience – especially for our younger guests.

ABOUT YOU

• You will have a valid/current lifesaving certification.
• You will have gained or be willing to gain a Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate.
• You have a genuine passion for coaching sports or teaching swimming for children, as well as developing swimmers all ages from toddlers to adults.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team and you are willing to commit and learn the demands of the including work in direct sun/heat.
• You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
