• BS in scientific field or equivalent required.
• PhD preferred for leadership in development programs.
• Experience in drug development with hematology focus is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Translate clinical strategy into study concepts, protocols and related documents.
• Provide clinical/scientific input into trial design, delivery, data review and interpretation.
• Establish relationships with regulatory bodies and external service providers.
• Ensure clinical governance and quality across protocols and study reports to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects to advance drug development through all phases.
• Support regulatory submissions and responses with robust clinical data.
