Job summary

Hoteles Riu Madrid Production Hub is seeking a team of French native speakers to support our market research outreach. You will recruit doctors and engage them to participate in studies, building a strong panel of healthcare professionals.

You will call doctors to invite participation, perform follow-ups to maximise response rates, communicate via telephone and email, and assist with translations and documentation as needed. Training in English is provided.

Qualifications

• French native speaker essential.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills are required.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using multiple communication channels and arguments.
