Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Healthcare Data Architecture or related field.
• Proven ability to design healthcare information models and data architectures.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target healthcare data architecture for Digital Foundation.
• Design conceptual and logical healthcare information models.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and standards.
• Develop architecture blueprints for data integration and AI initiatives.
• Govern terminology, vocabularies, and semantic bindings.
• Govern mappings between source systems and standards.
• Author and govern FHIR artifacts and conformance rules.
• Ensure privacy-by-design and GDPR/HIPAA considerations.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product owners, and data stewards.
