Sandoz is seeking an intern for the Health Solutions team in Madrid to contribute to biosimilar and generic medicines projects. You will liaise with Market Access and fieldforce, support project tracking, and help coordinate events, while aligning activities with department strategy.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a pharma-related degree, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong planning, autonomy, and biomedical communication skills.

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotech/Biomed, Pharmacy, or other healthcare/medical science degree/masters.
• Currently studying a Pharma-related degree with potential internship agreement (12 months).
• Fluent English C1 and Spanish are a must.
• Project management is highly valuable.
• Ability to work in highly complex environments and strong learning agility.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist in the management and execution of projects that add value to our biosimilar pipeline.
• Support the Health Solutions & Market Access team, liaising with the fieldforce when required.
• Project Tracking and Support: compliance, budget, administration, coordination of events, monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Understanding the needs of the internal and external customers and aligning them with the strategy of the Bio&Hospitals department.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external partners and vendors
• Monitor and document ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Management and control of the internal compliance (CORE) tool

What You'll Bring To The Role

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotech/Biomed, Pharmacy, other healthcare/medical science degree/masters.
• Currently studying a degree or master's degree in a Pharma-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university.
• Fluent English C1 and Spanish are a must.
• Highly valuable: project management
• Capacity to work in highly complex environments.

• Strong biomedical scientific communication skills.

What You'll Receive

• Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
• Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
