Job summary

HBX Group seeks an experienced Head of Sourcing to lead the Transfers Sourcing team (approx. 12 people). You will own operational performance, commercial delivery and supplier governance, enabling the Mobility Director to focus on strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership at Head-of-level, with a track record in managing complex supplier relationships in the travel sector. Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at Head-of-level in sourcing or travel procurement.
• Experience managing transport or travel suppliers; transfers experience preferred.
• Strong governance, audit, and compliance mindset in sourcing.
• Ability to lead a geographically dispersed, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full Transfers Sourcing team (approx. 12 people).
• Negotiate competitive rates, terms and service with transport suppliers.
• Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure audit and governance standards across the sourcing function.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Supplier Performance, Finance, and HBX Group stakeholders.
• Act as a hands-on leader, joining operational discussions and supplier calls.
