Element Logic is seeking a Director of Solution Design & Engineering (m/f/d) to lead pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and detailed project planning across a global intralogistics footprint.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of 30+, shape strategy, ensure high quality and scalability of warehouse automation solutions, and drive international growth with standardized practices and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Your responsibilities

As Director of Solution Design & Engineering (m/f/d), you will lead the pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and detailed project planning departments at Element Logic and bear overall responsibility for how warehouse automation solutions are conceived, designed and developed - from the initial client meeting right through to the detailed solution design.

• Leading, developing and motivating a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 staff in the areas of pre-sales support, solution consultancy, solution design and detailed planning
• Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the solution consultancy, design and engineering division, aligned with Element Logic's global growth targets
• Responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout the entire pre-sales and design lifecycle
• Transforming and scaling the division to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growth
• Promoting standardisation, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to enhance quality and efficiency at scale
• Nurturing and developing talent - coaching leaders, building capabilities and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and personal responsibility
