Job summary

4flow is seeking a logistics professional for our Figueruelas (Zaragoza) office to manage the efficient movement of goods within customers’ supply chain networks. You will coordinate transportation operations, communication with customers and partners, and support ongoing optimization of logistics flows.

The role requires practical logistics experience, a customer-focused mindset, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer service (automotive sector knowledge will be also a plus)
• Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way
• Experienced user of MS Office with good communication skills in Spanish and English
• You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the smooth execution of transportation operations for daily activities using our transportation management system
• Perform customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners
• Handle shipping exceptions while ensuring information flows to the customer and other relevant parties
• Provide solutions in case of transport delays
• Support the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks
