Job summary

Siemens Energy in Wind Power Technology seeks a Head of Productivity and Processes (PRP) to lead engineering processes and tools, collaborating with TE platforms/modules and the PLM Process Owner in PRM, to define how we work across Technology and PLM. You will drive efficiency, ensure process compliance, and train end users across Wind Power.

You will head a team focused on improving engineering processes, optimizing tools and systems, and supporting the PLM process mandate.

Qualifications

• Experience driving tool-heavy process improvements.
• Strong customer focus and supporting mindset.
• Experience with PLM processes and tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and contributors to develop and improve PLM engineering processes.
• Provide process expertise to solve TE platform and module pain points.
• Bring leadership to the TS leadership team and drive Technology Services’ mission.
• Improve TE efficiency by optimizing processes and productivity.
