Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction and preparation of workspaces and tools, ensuring onboarding.
• Participate in training on products, production processes, and Gearbox AST organization.
• Gain knowledge in APQP main deliverables to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and industrialize new products within AST.
• Document actions, risks, deviations, and improvement proposals to drive continuous enhancement.
