Job summary

ISP in Spain seeks a Senior Leader to support the Headteacher in establishing a School of Choice and an Employer of Choice. You’ll collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver improvements and ensure outstanding learning outcomes across the primary division.

You will lead with vision, empathy and integrity, drive professional learning, and model an inclusive culture aligned with ISP principles, standards, and local governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status or equivalent is essential.
• Degree level qualification in a specialist subject is required.
• Experience in middle management or senior leadership within a school is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Headteacher in delivering a high-quality primary program.
• Lead and develop a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Drive school improvement through leadership, management and curriculum delivery.
• Oversee staff development, performance and effective recruitment processes.
• Lead teaching and learning to ensure strong pupil progress and outcomes.
• Maintain strong partnerships with parents, staff and the wider ISP network.
